To register for a science clubs please contact the Gateway to Science office at 701-258-1975.
For any PROGRAM where registration is paid in advance, a FULL refund* will be issued only when notice is given by the participant a minimum of two weeks prior to the start date of the program.
Cancellations that occur less than two weeks prior to the start date of the program will be refunded half of the registration fee*. If we are able to fill the vacancy, a full refund may be given at the discretion of the Educational Outreach Coordinator.
If the program has already begun and cancellation is necessary due to an emergency, determination and approval of any refund request must be authorized by the Executive Director.
If it is necessary for Gateway to Science to cancel a PROGRAM due to lack of registration or for any other reason, registered participants will be given the option of receiving a full refund or applying the registration fee paid toward another program.
*Refunds will be determined based on registration fees, minus any membership fees paid with registration.
